Ogilvie PIE (Partners in Education) Formal Family Dinner and Dance
About 70 people gathered in the Ogilvie School Commons on Tuesday, February 13th for a formal dinner and dance. The focus of the evening was to promote family dinner conversations. There is a lot of research on the benefits of having conversations during dinner. The following website was shared (https://thefamilydinnerproject.org/) and conversation starters were available at each table.

On December 21st, many 5th graders took a bus over to the Ogilvie Civic Center to take part in caroling for the community.

Preschool students, along with their parents, enjoyed a festive evening last week participating in several winter learning centers. Some of the activities included gift bow graphing, jingle bell bracelets, nursery rhyme paper chains, holiday syllables, winter patterns, mitten ornaments, and the favorite "tree decorating" (fresh centerpieces)!
