This year, students in grades 3-6 have the exciting opportunity to join the Ogilvie Elementary musical. If you enjoy singing and theater, this is an opportunity that you don’t want to miss! Musical rehearsals will be held in the auditorium TUESDAY/THURSDAY from 3:40 – 4:30 pm. All students who audition for the musical will be offered a role that will be chosen by the directors. Seussical Jr. will be performed on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 2:00 pm for students at school and Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 7:00 pm for families and other members of the public. Please Note: Joining the musical cast is a commitment. Students who choose to participate in Seussical Jr. are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing transportation after musical practice or you may send your child to Lion Cub Care.  I hope you will consider joining our show. If you would like to participate in the musical, please have your parent or guardian sign the permission slip below and return it by Monday, April 3, 2023. The first musical rehearsal will be on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. There will not be an after school meal provided this year. I am excited about working with the musical this year, and I’m certain we will have a great time putting on a great show together!
